Praying For Your Spouse

We are about to go into the month of February, and can I just ask, where has time gone? It seems like it was just Thanksgiving & now we’re  going into the Love Month!! FEBRUARY!❤️

My husband, Larry, and I have been married for almost 33 years. We still need each other everyday for support, just like we did the first day we were married!! Nothing has changed there!! Not only do we need to support our spouse but also pray each day for them!

So on the 1st day of February, for 14 Days I will send out a prayer that you can pray over your spouse!

You might ask why would you do that? Well, because as a believer I think (and believe) that it’s very important to lift your spouse up in prayer! Asking God to protect them, keep them in good health, to order their footsteps in His ways! There is so much to pray over them!!

The society that we live in today is fixated on being your own person in a marriage; It’s all about me! I have my own thing that I want to accomplish in life! But as one, as husband and wife, we are there to support each other!

Matthew 10:7 “For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave unto his wife, (8.) And the two shall be one flesh. So then they are no longer two, but one flesh. (9.) What therefore God joined together, let not man put asunder.”

This all means one thing!! Are you ready for it? It just means that they come together as one flesh and support each other’s needs, through the good and bad times!! And one’s success belongs to both.

So February 1 we will begin to pray for our spouses! Actually, don’t wait to start in February, but start now! They need our prayers every day! 🙏

My personal tip for today:  Ladies, don’t wear black pantyhose with colored shoes! I’m sorry, but it’s a really dated look! If you want to wear colored shoes, wear nude hose or go bare (which I do all the time). I use some self tanner on my legs so I don’t scare anyone! If you do wear black hose or black tights, wear them with black shoes!! You will Have a long lean look that way!!

Blessings!!

Kim
