Acts 13:22 says, “And when I had removed him (Saul), He raised up David to be their king; of Him he testified and said, ‘I HAVE FOUND DAVID, the son of Jesse, A MAN AFTER MY OWN HEART (conforming to my will and purposes), who will do all MY will.”
Let me ask you a question: Are you chasing God with everything you have? Do you wake each morning with Him on your mind? Do you think upon all His promises throughout your day? Do you go to bed each night with Him on your mind? Do you long to please Him in every area of Your life? I know I do!
David was a man after God’s own Heart, and I want to be recognized as someone like that! I want to please Him with every fiber of my being!
Chasing after God might mean saying NO to some things in your life. Like not running with people that drag you down, or saying No to temptations that would keep you from the presence of God!
We have to be careful not to contaminate our relationship with Jesus Christ! When we say things that we shouldn’t, or listen to things that we shouldn’t, even watch things we shouldn’t! What goes in (mentally and physically) does eventually come out! Remember the old say, ‘You Are What You Eat’; it’s a very true statement!
I want all of God in my life! I want so much of Him that it overflows on the person sitting or standing next to me! Or they have to say, there’s something different about you!
I want my Heart to Chase after Him! I want to be a God Chaser!
So the question that I’m going to ask you is this: Do You Want to be a God Chaser like David was? I sure hope so!
Be encouraged today! He desires fellowship with YOU!

My Tip Of The Day: Put a journal beside your bed! Write down the things that are on your heart! Talk to God about them! Chase Him!
